Over 16 days, 15 female aspiring performance artists will compete in an elimination style competition hosted in Orlando, FL. While living and working together, contestants will complete performance development tasks, with hopes of forming the next Alternative Hip - Hop, R&B, Pop Girl Group.

Selected winners/group members of the series will receive a 1-year contract with Model Music Management, including a guaranteed EP, debut studio album, 5 music videos, a 10-city concert tour, and artist development provided by Model Music Management.
